How long do tooth gems last, and can they be removed?

Grillz Wear and Care
Can you eat with grillz?
You can, but we recommend removing removable grillz before eating. Food can get trapped and, over time, may affect the fit and shine. Take them out for meals, rinse, and pop them back in — your grillz will last longer and stay cleaner.
Can you drink water with grillz in?
Yes, drinking water with grillz in is fine. Avoid sugary or acidic drinks for long periods, and remove your grillz for hot beverages to protect both the metal and your teeth.
Can you sleep with grillz in your mouth?
We do not recommend sleeping with removable grillz in. Sleeping with them in can be a choking risk and traps bacteria against your teeth. Take them out and store them safely overnight.
How long do grillz last?
