- Is a deposit required? Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design and crafting process.
- What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be penalized.
- What should I bring to my appointment? Just yourself and your design ideas! We'll handle the rest.
- Can I change my appointment date/time? Yes, you can reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours beforehand.
