  2. Consultation & mold: we discuss your style and take an exact mold of your teeth (in-studio, or with a mail-in kit if you're not local).
  3. Design approval: we confirm your material, style, and quote before we build anything.
  4. Fabrication: your custom piece is handcrafted, typically in 2–5 days.
  5. Fitting: we make sure it fits perfectly. That's it — you're ready to shine.

  • Is a deposit required? Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design and crafting process.
  • What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be penalized.
  • What should I bring to my appointment? Just yourself and your design ideas! We'll handle the rest.
  • Can I change my appointment date/time? Yes, you can reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours beforehand.
